hydro power project

district, central Nghe
An province, on
September 12.
The 160 million USD
two-turbine plant is to
be located on the Ca
river an is slated for
completion by 2011.
The Khe Bo power plant
is a build-own-operate
(BOO) investment project
of the Viet Nam Power
Development Joint Stock
Company (VNPD). When
fully operational it
will generate 442.8
million kWh annually.
